Returns and Exchange
All Products are generally shipped within 3-21 working days due to the fact that all of our garments are made after receiving your orders and as per your specifications. We try our best to dispatch the orders as soon as possible.
Orders are custom made and not returnable.
We ship worldwide. Shipping within India is free. For international shipping, please get in touch with us. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
Returns
Returns are applicable only if :
- You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for
- The product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect which has to be brought to our notice within 48 hours of the delivery.
Alterations
Customised products purchased can not be returned or exchanged. They can only be restored or altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product with all original tags intact, at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration/restoration is raised with us over email or WhatsApp.
If the garment does not have the allowance enough for alterations or if there are any other restrictions related to restoration or alteration, the company holds the right to deny the request of alteration or restoration.
Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged.
If eligible, you will have to notify us about returns within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Refunds
We will issue a refund only if :
- Your product is eligible for return or exchange after the received product has undergone our quality check.
Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. Label Smriti holds the right to refuse any return if the product does not comply with the above.
Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15-30 days of receiving the products. Products purchased on sale/or discount cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund requests will be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Once placed and confirmed by us, the order cannot be cancelled/refunded unless the above stated reasons apply.
Label Smriti holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account will vary according to your bank/geographical location.
Products purchased on sale can not be requested for cancellation.
Taxes and Duties
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
