Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any cancellation request after 24 hours from the time of placing the order will not be applicable.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, in the event of a cancellation, you will get a refund within a maximum 10-15 days from the date of order placed.
What happens if you pay twice for the same transaction?
In the event that a customer has paid more than once for the same order by mistake, or for any other reason whatsoever, the extra transaction charges will be refunded within 10-15 days, after deducting the payment gateway charges incurred by Smriti Apparels on the extra transaction amount.
Can I avail returns?
Yes, you can initiate a return in case you receive a product that is
· Damaged or defected upon delivery.
· Sizing/Fit is not as per the order.
You will be required to send us pictures of the damaged piece, highlighting the defected area & citing the reason for the return request within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the product. Kindly mail us the details at email@example.com
Once we receive your mail, the customer care team will analyse the issue & give you a solution within a maximum of the next 7 days.
We undergo strict quality check measures and very rarely receive any return requests on account of damages. However, since our products are extremely delicate, in most return cases, minor defects occur during shipping & handling only.
But do not worry, as for any defects, our team will offer you a replacement option & you will receive the corrected piece within 10 days from the date we receive the product at our head office. The return pick up charges and the re-shipping cost will be completely borne by us.
Please note that in case our service team reports that the products have been used, damaged or tampered wilfully by the customer, then the return/replacement will not be accepted by us.
